Donate is unhealthy food when you get Diabetes obesity (Hamda)

When a person eats a 3-ounce serving of sugared doughnuts it contains 362 calories. A large serving can contain around 22 grams of it. According to the American Heart Association, women should eat a maximum of 6 tsp. of sugar a day, so a single doughnut will almost meet that number. Sugary foods play a huge role in tooth decay and mouth health.  Sugar feeds the bacteria and the bacteria produces mouth acid and this acid promotes teeth erosion. Type 2 diabetes and heart disease is linked to very high-sugar diets. If you eat more than one doughnut on a regular basis, this could lead to problems with your blood sugar, such as erratic glucose levels in the blood, energy crashes and more.
