Coffee can make you sleep rather than wake you up (Sharifa)


In this photo we can see the lady dark spot on her eyes because she drinks a lot of coffee which contains caffeine. One of the Bad effects of caffeine is that slight amounts taken on daily base can make a physical need. If a regular coffee drinker, for example, doesn't drink his daily amount of caffeine, he can end up with pains, extreme sleepiness, a feeling like he cannot function. Withdrawal from caffeine can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending upon how much caffeine a person usually drinks.
