Fast foods have large amounts
of fats, salts, sugars and cholesterol which lead to obesity to the people who
eat fast foods regularly. The health related risks associated with obesity are
numerous. Someone who has 40% overweight is twice likely to die prematurely as
is a normal person. Obesity has been linked to several serious medical
conditions, including:
- Heart disease and stroke.
- High blood pressure.
- Diabetes
- Cancer.
- Gallbladder disease and gallstones.
- Osteoarthritis.
- Breathing problems, such as sleep apnea (when a person stops breathing for a short episodes during sleep) and asthma.
