Chocolate verse Fruits (Sharifa)


Fruits are a healthy food for healthy living people; Fruits should be a part of our daily diet for a healthy living. It can prevent many diseases as every one of us often heard the famous saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”. A fruits that looks like coconut that has twice as much calcium as milk and is very high in anti-oxidants, potassium and iron. As well as fruits can benefits our skin to look brighter and prevent the dark spots. On the other hand chocolate have many side effects its major reason of the obesity which lead to many other diseases such as diabetes, heart attack and blood pressure.
