Children teeth in danger (Hamda)
In the early the first people who discover that the sweet foods had a
negative effect on teeth is Greeks and there is one Greek book called “Why do
figs, which are soft and sweet, destroy the teeth?” Nowadays we know that the
sugar is not the real problem, but the streptococcus bacteria in our mouths
that like to feed on it.
When streptococcus
bacteria feed on the sweet treats lodged in your teeth, they excrete acids that
eat away at your tooth enamel.
As it happens,
the amount of sugar you eat doesn't matter as much as the amount of time it is
allowed to remain in contact with the plaque on your teeth (that’s where the
bacteria hang out.) So go ahead and eat that pound of caramels—just brush your
teeth afterward.

Deep frying foods often
result in increased consumption of fat particularly trans-fat─
the most dangerous form of fat.1 Replacing 2% of food energy from trans fats
with unsaturated fats reduced coronary artery disease (CAD) risk by 24 %. HDL

Nowadays

said. James Duke, Ph.D has found that the soft drinks contains of phosphorus
which is a bone dissolving agent. In addition, it have many other chemicals in
soft drinks and all of this contents have negative effects on the stomach. The
mixture of phosphoric acid and carbon dioxide in Soft drinks are highly acidic.
This responds with the acids already in the stomach to make a new acidic
environment. The phosphoric acids in soft drinks are causing different effects
such as indigestion, gas and bloating. In thsi photo we have showed the bad
effect of the soft drinks on the stomach.

depending upon how much caffeine a person usually drinks.
Donate is unhealthy food when you get Diabetes obesity (Hamda)
When a person eats a 3-ounce serving of sugared
doughnuts it contains 362 calories. A large serving can contain around 22 grams
of it. According to the American Heart Association, women should
eat a maximum of 6 tsp. of sugar a day, so a single doughnut will almost meet
that number.
Sugary foods play a huge role in tooth decay and mouth health. Sugar feeds the bacteria and the bacteria
produces mouth acid and this acid promotes teeth erosion. Type 2 diabetes and
heart disease is linked to very high-sugar diets. If you eat more than one
doughnut on a regular basis, this could lead to problems with your blood sugar,
such as erratic glucose levels in the blood, energy crashes and more.
Junk food is one way of suicide - (Farida)
Eating
junk food can
have a significant impact on one's health. Though many people enjoy eating junk
food and think it tastes great, the health consequences can be serious, and can
range from everything to low energy levels to weight gain
and illness. The term "junk food" encompasses a fairly broad category
of food, but it typically refers to foods that are relatively high in caloric
content, but low in nutritional value.
The
first effect of eating junk food is its impact on energy levels. Many people
skip breakfast or other meals throughout the day, choosing instead to grab a
quick snack or a soft drink.
Junk
food doesn't contain the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy. As a
result, you may feel frequently tired and lack the energy you need to complete
daily tasks. The junk food causes energy
levels to spike, which people like, but then energy levels will quickly
plummet, sending one back into the kitchen for another quick snack. In
addition, junk food can cause moodiness, and make it difficult to get enough
sleep at night, so energy levels are never restored to normal.
Because
fast food and junk food don't contain acceptable amounts of protein and good
carbohydrates, your blood sugar levels will drop suddenly after eating, leaving
you feeling grumpy, tired and craving sugar. When you have a junk meal rich in
Oil you feel drowsy and fail to concentrate. Heart deceases are a major risk
factor of Junk Food Diet.
In the short term, high levels of dietary fat
lead to poor cognitive performance. You'll feel tired and have trouble
concentrating because your body might not be getting enough oxygen
